Terms of Service (TOS)

This TOS is MORE THAN JUST TERMS! We publish Movies Plus TMN TV-APPS, Apple Pie Films (Apple Pie) and METRO websites and Apps including Star Trek Continues Phase 2, The Movies Network, Art House Movies, The Screening Room, Badass TV, Film Fest Best, Movies Plus and Movies Plus TV, and (IFC the USA film collaboration.) We don't collect any information when you use our Roku or Fire TV channels or related websites. You may contact us at anytime to talk about issues, concerns, and posting your content (or anyone elses content including copyright concerns.) See to personally talk with our developer. A little rundown about our content...
We stream indie made films and TV shows. Movies like Star Trek Continues are produced by fan-owned studios, and this is noncommercial in nature -- meaning, we DO NOT MAKE ANY MONEY either directly or indirectly. You may have your fan-made film streamed on our STC Phase 2 Roku channel too - - just drop us a line. We do however look for quality, and I think you'll find that the content we stream on this app, as well as the linked apps like Movies Plus are excellent productions. You'll enjoy shows like Phase 2 (New Voyages) -- that's the content that was made in NY, and it's now an Official Star Trek tour -- James Cawley runs the place, and we highly recommend it. Speaking of studios, Vic runs the Georgia based Neutral Zone studios where the Continues movies were shot. And then we have Aurora - it's great CGI done by an individual with a big heart. Horizon is another one we stream -- it's more of a recent "Discovery" style production. Exeter is one of my favorites - it has great effects and a visit from a Gorn! Anyway, tune in for more, or see our website for channel links.
Our other TV-Apps each target a particular audience, and it's pretty much self explanatory...Badass TV has boxing and more. Screening Room is a indie-festival site for filmmakers. Art House movies streams movies you'll find in art house theaters like Tucson's LOFT. Film Fest Best streams (via FilmFreeway) movies. IFC streams quirky indies. TMN streams almost every movie, with revolving new content weekly. And Movies Plus streams our Family-friendly library of movies and TV shows! IMPORTANTLY, these channels ARE FREE, NO ADS, TOTALLY NONCOMMERCIAL! You can't beat that, can you! (For more details look on how Metro streams on FireTV and Roku read our home-page here on Metro.)
